Coverage

Where we work

Hi-Quality Stucco is a local, family-owned crew — not a franchise routing calls to whoever is closest. We work Benton and Washington counties every week, which means we know the neighborhoods, the building eras, the HOA design committees and the way each part of the region weathers.

Pick your city below for local detail on the work we do there, or call us at (479) 256-8717 if you are just outside these lines. We regularly travel for larger commercial and multi-family projects.

Rogers, AR

Rogers is where Hi-Quality Stucco calls home, and that shows in how we work through the city's older established pockets near downtown alongside the newer developments spreading toward Pinnacle Hills. Homes here span decades of building styles, from brick-and-stucco ranches built in the 1980s to contemporary stucco-and-stone facades going up today, which means our crews are used to matching new material to aging walls without a visible seam.

Bentonville, AR

Bentonville has grown faster than almost any city in Arkansas, and that growth shows up directly in our workload: a large share of the stucco we install here is on brand-new homes and commercial buildouts rather than repairs to decades-old walls. Subdivisions keep expanding north and west of downtown, and each new phase brings another round of stucco and EIFS facades that need to be installed correctly the first time.

Fayetteville, AR

Fayetteville is a different kind of market than the rest of Northwest Arkansas because of the University of Arkansas, which means a large portion of the housing stock near campus is older rental property rather than owner-occupied single-family homes. Many of these houses were built decades ago with original stucco that's seen minimal upkeep between tenants, so we see more advanced wear here than in newer NWA cities.

Springdale, AR

Springdale is one of the more industrial and commercially active cities in Northwest Arkansas, with major employers and warehousing alongside long-established working-family residential neighborhoods. That combination means our work in Springdale often splits between commercial EIFS and stucco projects along corridors like Har-Ber Avenue and Sunset Avenue, and residential repair or remodeling in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Bella Vista, AR

Bella Vista is built into wooded, hilly terrain, with homes tucked among trees near the area's lakes and golf courses rather than lined up on flat subdivision grids. Many houses here were built decades ago during the community's early development as a retirement destination, and a large share of that original stucco or EIFS is now old enough to be showing its age.

Centerton, AR

Centerton has turned into one of the fastest-growing small cities in Northwest Arkansas, with new subdivisions filling in what used to be open farmland along Highway 72 and the surrounding roads. Most of the stucco work we do in Centerton is tied to that growth, whether it's new-construction installation on homes just being finished or early repair calls on houses built within the last few years.

Cave Springs, AR

Cave Springs has shifted in recent years from a small quiet town into a spot for newer, higher-end residential construction, with larger custom and semi-custom homes going up on lots that back up to more open space than you'd find in denser NWA cities. That kind of building tends to call for a more detailed approach to stucco and EIFS work, since larger facades and architectural features like multi-story gables or accent columns take more planning to execute cleanly.

Lowell, AR

Lowell sits centrally within Northwest Arkansas, close enough to Rogers, Springdale, and Bentonville that it functions as a connecting point for both residential neighborhoods and commercial development along its main corridors. That central location means our Lowell jobs are a genuine mix, from single-family homes in established residential streets to commercial buildings tied to the city's growing business presence near I-49.
