Exterior work in Northwest Arkansas has to survive humid summers, hard UV on south-facing walls and a freeze-thaw winter. Product selection matters as much as application: we spec 100% acrylic and elastomeric coatings rated for the substrate, whether that is stucco, masonry, fiber cement, wood siding or metal.
Our exterior process runs prep-first: pressure wash, let the substrate dry to a measured moisture level, scrape and sand failing coatings, caulk moving joints with the right sealant, patch and spot prime. Only then does color go on — sprayed and back-rolled where the surface calls for it so the film builds evenly.

Inside, the difference between a good and a great paint job is edges and protection. We mask and floor-protect the entire work area, repair drywall damage, sand transitions flat, prime repairs, and cut lines by hand rather than relying on tape alone.

Painting stucco the right way
Stucco is the substrate most often painted incorrectly. It holds moisture, it moves, and it needs to dry outward. Coating it with a non-breathable film seals water inside the wall, and the paint eventually blisters off in sheets — usually taking a layer of finish coat with it.
Our approach: repair cracks with cementitious material rather than caulk, confirm the wall is dry with a moisture meter, apply a masonry conditioner or alkali-resistant primer where needed, then finish with a breathable elastomeric or high-build acrylic. On newly installed stucco we let the wall cure fully before any coating goes on — no exceptions, regardless of schedule pressure.
